Announce your Book Event Finale! (Click on the Image for a Clear View.) Welcome back to "UnEarth"!!   There's just one more step in this workshop.  Don't miss Step 13 coming up after the end of my novel, A Better Pair of Shoes "The Thinner Soul" . Today you'll plan your final chapters!  Introduce a new graphic and announce on your social media platforms at least 10 days ahead of the start of your finale event.  Also announce this separately on your blog.  Go as big or as simple as you like, but make it exciting. Here's where you use your last 7-10 chapters to bring your plot to a desired end.  You'll decide where to leave threads opened if you'll be continuing with a sequel, or whether to bring closure to the entire story.  In the final chapters, be sure to deliver on all the things that you set up in the beginning of your story.  Ensure that all the wires make sense, and finally add a bit of irony, horror, or epiphany for a memorable ending....

First, let's look at why this is such a vital part of the Suspended-Release Novel Formula.  Honestly, I can't think of a better way to appeal to new readers in the middle of a book release.  The Award Ceremony is a great implementation because it allows you to build intrigue about your main characters using the most riveting excerpts from your book as a part of the ceremony. Next, it builds excitement around the biggest subject matters of your unfolding plot.
