Acknowledgements and Special Thanks

I give an enormous amount of praise and glory to God! There is simply just no way I could be standing here; in great health, in peace of mind, and still with a great desire to finish what I began many years ago. I do not speak of this book, but I am speaking of my devotion to use my gifts to bring a voice as well as an ear to issues that are not isolated in context, but that are often asked to take a seat behind the more glorious stories that help us forget some very common realities.

I would most certainly like to thank my mother who has triumphed in her life time and time again. I thank her for her courage and for her refusal to throw her hands up in difficult times beginning from the time I was a child until this very day.

Last but not least, I thank my family, supporters, and my encouragers; any and everyone who has ever made a positive deposit into my life; knowingly or unknowingly.

Sometimes it's not about strait lines or circles, but rather, about the depths and the heights of our existence and how the ebbs and flow of those extremes impact the soul forever. This book follows the main character onto a journey of many loves. Yet, with and even without each of these loves, her soul grows thinner by the sheer tug of war. This story is a great exploration of things worth fighting for, and things worth relinquishing.
